Anna Woods has lived in Washington State almost her entire life. She graduated from University of Puget Sound Law School (now Seattle University School of Law). While working on her Juris Doctor at UPS she also attended Cambridge University for a semester. She was admitted to the Washington Bar in 1986. Anna is a member of the Tacoma Pierce County Bar Association where she co-chair's the criminal law section. She has been a speaker at numerous CLE's (Continuing Legal Education seminars) presenting information on a number of criminal law topics. Additionally, she serves as a Pro-Tem judge in many courts throughout Pierce County including Tacoma Municipal Court, Pierce County District Court and Bonney Lake Municipal Court. Anna has dedicated 26 years to zealously advocating for clients and is recognized in both the State and Federal court systems in Washington. Anna devotes herself to her clients and their needs. She is an aggressive advocate and believes that being an exceptional attorney necessitates going the extra mile to defend every clients rights. Her focused areas of practice include Adult and Juvenile felony criminal defense, with a concentration in sex offenses and Class A felonies. She also represents clients in numerous types of civil litigation matters including breach of contract and wrongful death.  |
